Condo rental rates are determined by location, size, amenities, and season. Prices are usually higher during the summer months. The summer season usually runs from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. Condos can range from 1 bedroom up to 5 bedrooms with multiple bathrooms. Most condos offer a boat slip either included in the price or for an additional charge. Some typical amenities are air conditioning, linens, pillows, cleaning supplies, washer, dryer, parking, TV, DVD player, VHS player, BBQ grill, and completely furnished bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. The kitchens usually include a stove, microwave, pots and pan, fridge, and dishwasher. Some condo complexes can offer indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, WiFi (Wireless Internet), Racquetball, and much more. Make sure to ask the owner prior to renting the condo. Most condos charge a set cleaning fee per stay. This fee can range from $50 to $100 based upon the size of the condo and length of stay. Condos may have an age requirement of 21 years plus, and sometime even 25 years plus. There is typically a security deposit required, and will be prompter refunded after you stay.
