On the third weekend of September, the 3 day Annual Osage Mountain Man Rendezvous is held. Mountain men and traders capture the pre-1840's as they dress in 19th Century attire and live in genuine tee-pee and canvas tent campsites. You will experience live history as they compete in black powder shoots, tomahawk and knife throwing, and fire starting competitions. Artisans, storytellers, gunsmiths, re-enactors, and blacksmiths .
