Lake of the Ozarks brings out its best in the month of February which is when the Mardi Gras Pub Crawl event is held. Innumerable visitors from various parts of the world visit the Ozarks during these celebrations to partake in the festivities and make merry. Hence, the local authorities have arranged for 18 buses exclusively for this event that starts from various parts of the country and drop off visitors at the hotels where their stay has been booked. If you have not made your hotel booking well in advance, chances are that you may not find one at the last minute when you arrive here.

You can avail tickets on this shuttle for just $5. You have to remember though, that drinking in the shuttles in prohibited and can attract heavy penalties if you try to break this rule. Though you drink to your heart’s content at the Ozarks, you are not allowed to take any drinks into or out of the Ozarks during the Pub Crawl.
