One of the most eagerly awaited events at the Ozarks is just round the corner. The Lake Fest, which is an annual event at Lake Ozarks, is scheduled to take place for three days in the month of June. If the concept of unlimited fun with friends and family is what you have in mind for your vacation, then, don’t miss being at the Lake Fest 2010 Amphitheater at Camdenton from June 24th to 26th.
The Lake Fest 2010 Amphitheater Camdenton promises to be one of the best events held at the Amphitheater till date. With trade fair, carnivals, zoo, unlimited food and beer and music to keep you rocking, there will no stone left unturned to ensure there is no dearth for enjoyment during this event.
This event will kick start at 12 noon on Thursday, 24th June, with the Battle of the Bands all geared up to enthrall the audience during the opening ceremony. This performance is free of charge for all the visitors to the event, thus ensuring they have a lot more on hand to spend on the hundreds of vendor booths that are going to be erected at the venue. The entertainment by this band will continue till 9pm on the first day. On Friday, 25th June, the doors of the venue will be thrown open to the visitors at 2pm and there is a musical performance slated for that evening. Cindy Woolfe is will captivate the audience with her musical performance. On Saturday, 26th June, the fest starts at 12 noon and goes on till the late into the night. Country music lovers are in for a treat that evening since James Otto will be performing at the event.
In addition to the musical performances, there are other entertainment options for adults, as well as children accompanying them. The carnival during this event is a rage among the people. With colorful floats and various contests being conducted, there is no scope for boredom at any point during this three day event. You can also witness an excellent display of fireworks every evening during these three days post the musical concerts.
The admission fee for the concerts on Friday and Saturday is $10 per adult. Children under the age of 12 are admitted free of charge. If you are driving down to the Amphitheater at Camdenton, you will have to pay a $5 charge for parking your vehicle at the venue.
If you are a vendor
If you want to have your booth set up during the Lake Fest 2010 Amphitheater Camdenton, you will need to fill out an application form and place a request. You will have to $100 for a 10X10 booth for a three day period. The booth will remain open from the time the fest starts on that particular day till 8pm in the evening. Once you place a request for the booth, you will get all the details of the fest well in advance. As a vendor, you can benefit greatly because about 5000 people are estimated to attend this event.
