Lake of the Ozarks Shootout being held at Captain Ron's Bar & Grill August 23 - 29th, 2010 will bring the top racers and off shore racing power boats topping 196 MPH. The largest unsanctioned boat race in the midwest with over 100 racers and 70,000 spectators. Proceeds will benefit the Lake Area Rescue Teams, Habitat for Humanity, and other charitable organizations!
Are you feeling lucky? If so, come along and support our troops by registering your boat in the MidwestBoatparty’s annual poker run on Lake Ozark. There are some fabulous prizes to be won! This fun boating event is being run for the third year in succession and the organizers are hoping (with your help!) to raise even more money than last year All proceeds of the poker run will go to Operation Homefront, a charity that provides support to American servicemen and women, plus their families. So bring your boat and come along to join in the fun – June 25th-26th 2010

Make a note in your diary: the 16th Annual 3 Rivers PWC Ride in aid of the Tri County YMCA is taking place on 21st July 2010. There will be a charity reception and silent auction at the Dog Days Bar & Grill the evening prior to the event. Raffle tickets are now being sold for the grand prize of a 2010 Polaris Ranger 400 4x4 Utility Vehicle, so make sure you buy one! In order to participate in the event, you must be prepared to donate $750 to the YMCA. This event will raise much needed funds to help the YMCA’s work in the community.

The Lake Fest Amphitheater Camdenton is scheduled for the 24th, 25th and 26th of June at Camdenton, Lake of the Ozarks. You can witness musical performances by some of the best performers in the world of music and revel in the unlimited fun in the form of carnivals and contests.
